Empowering individuals to reduce tics, manage anxiety, and improve overall functioning.
I live in Stuart, Florida with my husband, our two boys, and our dog, and we spend most of our days outside—boating, exploring, or relaxing by the water.
Bachelor's in Health Science from The University of Florida. Master's in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida. Go Gators!
The name comes from one of my favorite scriptures: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…” — Colossians 3:23
I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and genuinely helpful—not overwhelming. All services are delivered through telehealth, allowing your child or teen to learn and practice skills in the comfort of their own home. This also gives me the chance to see real-life routines, triggers, and strengths that naturally show up in their environment.
My work is family-centered, meaning we’re a team. I guide you and your child together so you feel confident understanding tics, responding to them in supportive ways, and using strategies that truly make a difference day-to-day.
As a provider trained in CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics), I take an evidence-based yet practical approach. We focus on increasing awareness, building regulation skills, and giving your child tools to reduce the frequency and intensity of tics in a sustainable way.
Sessions are always judgment-free and grounded in a strengths-based philosophy. Your child is not a problem to fix—they’re a person learning how their brain and body work. My goal is to help them feel empowered, capable, and understood while supporting you in feeling confident and informed.
You can expect a mix of education, skill-building, compassion, and real progress you can see at home.
Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) consists of weekly one-on-one video sessions designed to help children and adults significantly reduce their tics and associated symptoms in a short period of time.
Family-centered program helps children understand how anxiety affects their brain and body while equipping them with effective strategies to regain control and reduce its impact on their daily lives.
Tic Tamer Group Program teaches kids proven strategies to reduce tics in a supportive, therapist-led group setting. Offered only a few times each year, it gives families a focused, structured way to build skills together. Limited seasonal enrollment ensures a small, high-quality group experience.
