Empowering individuals to reduce tics, manage anxiety, and improve overall functioning.
I live in Stuart, Florida with my husband, our two boys, and our dog, and we spend most of our days outside—boating, exploring, or relaxing by the water.
Bachelor's in Health Science from The University of Florida. Master's in Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida. Go Gators!
The name comes from one of my favorite scriptures: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…” — Colossians 3:23
I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and genuinely helpful—not overwhelming. All services are delivered through telehealth, allowing your child or teen to learn and practice skills in the comfort of their own home. This also gives me the chance to see real-life routines, triggers, and strengths that naturally show up in their environment.
My work is family-centered, meaning we’re a team. I guide you and your child together so you feel confident understanding tics, responding to them in supportive ways, and using strategies that truly make a difference day-to-day.
As a provider trained in CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics), I take an evidence-based yet practical approach. We focus on increasing awareness, building regulation skills, and giving your child tools to reduce the frequency and intensity of tics in a sustainable way.
Sessions are always judgment-free and grounded in a strengths-based philosophy. Your child is not a problem to fix—they’re a person learning how their brain and body work. My goal is to help them feel empowered, capable, and understood while supporting you in feeling confident and informed.
You can expect a mix of education, skill-building, compassion, and real progress you can see at home.

"Through CBIT at Three23, she’s gained practical strategies and tools that she uses with confidence. These techniques have not only reduced her tics but also given her peace of mind knowing she can handle them if they return. It has been life-changing for her and such a relief for our family."
— Parent of 13-year-old
"She has truly changed our lives. My 9-year-old son was having major separation and social anxiety along with motor and vocal tics. Fast forward three months later and my son is thriving. He also has not had any noticeable tics since working through Emily’s anxiety program!!!! Not only did she help him, but she has helped the entire family.”
— Parent of 10-year-old
Emily explained things in a way that was easy for my son to understand and he is very confident now about why he tics and what he needs to do to be in control of them. He is now equipped with tools he can practice and enforce to help him manage his tics independently and without medication."
— Tic Tamer Lab Parent
"After just a few sessions, my son's motor tics are about 85 to 90% controlled. He has a lot more confidence in himself and the tools to control his tics when he wants to, rather than being controlled by them. I'm grateful we found Emily."
— Parent of 12-year-old
"Two of my children have worked with her and have had life changing results. Emily has a natural gift of connecting with the person she’s working with, figuring out the best way to help them, and explaining things in a way the person can understand. Her knowledge and experience are extensive."
— Parent of two children
"Both my child and I really enjoyed the Tic Tamer Lab. Emily presents the material in a way that is interesting and enjoyable. The time she spends to try to personalize the program for each child really helped."
— Parent of Tic Tamer Lab
"Emily is extremely knowledgeable in tic disorders and her delivery is superb. She helped my daughter control her tics in two sessions! I highly recommend her and the CBIT training to anyone dealing with this condition!"
— Parent of 15-year-old
"My only regret is not starting CBIT earlier! I have tried so many things throughout my life to help control my tics - dieting, medication, acupuncture, etc. - and CBIT was the only thing I found to be effective. Emily is fantastic!!! She is a wealth of knowledge and truly teaches you the tools be independent with CBIT and control your tics."
— Adult CBIT Client
"Emily is amazing!! I've been struggling with tics my whole life and haven't been able to find a way to manage them. Well, after just two sessions with Emily I've been able to gain control and I've seen tremendous improvement. 10/10 would recommend Emily!"
